Manuel Melo Ramos

Manuel Melo Ramos is Executive Director at Brisa Group and CEO of Brisa Autoestradas. With over 20 years of experience in the infrastructure and mobility sector, he is responsible for the Group’s motorway operations, ensuring operational excellence, safety and service quality across the network. He joined Brisa in 2005 and has held several leadership positions, including Strategic Planning, before assuming his current role. Manuel holds a degree in Economics and an MBA from IE Business School.
