Doug has been in and around the tolling industry for over 20 years on both Sales and Operational fronts, and currently works for A-to-Be as their CSO – North America. He is a US Army veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a MBA in Operations/Finance. He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas and an esteemed graduate of the IBTTA Leadership Academy.
