Rodolfo is the Head of the Architecture for A-to-Be where he develops a vision of the strategy, methodology and processes associated with the Application and Technology assets used in company product development, ensuring the best alignment with business strategies and management priorities. To meet the current and future business objectives, tasks like, application and technology strategy roadmaps, development of new policies, guidelines and standards usage, are part of he´s daily architecture life, to support the product development and complex IT transformation programs required. He has more than 21 years of experience on IT/Information Systems, mostly in Telecom Industry, and also in Identity Management, Biometrics and Security, with a solid background on Enterprise Architecture, IT Integration, Software Engineering and Project Management.
