Rui Dias

Rui Dias is a Senior Product Manager at A-to-Be, where he manages the company’s tolling roadside products. Additionally, he supports Sales and Delivery projects. His education includes IST/UTL and CLSBE, and he holds PMP, IPMA LD, CSM and Product Management certifications. He joined Brisa in 2000 and his main work domain came to be tolling and road operation systems. At Brisa, he performed several roles – Developer, Project Manager, Engineering Manager – and currently, as Product Manager, driven by the company focus, he passionately engages peers and clients to support company growth by ensuring adequate Products are timely released in target markets.
