A-to-Be to Provide New Toll Collection System in West Virginia

A-to-Be has been selected by Parkersburg Bridge Partners (PBP) to provide a new toll collection system for Memorial Bridge in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Parkersburg Bridge Partners is a subsidiary of United Bridge Partners (UBP), and this contract marks A-to-Be’s third project with UBP and its subsidiaries.
